I will not disclose or share them under any circumstances unless you give your written consent or I am ordered to do so by a court of law or other legal authority. Your case details and personal data will be stored in a locked filing cabinet and/or an electronic device that is strongly password protected. In order to comply with data protection law I must keep a full and clear record of your homeopathic treatment for the following length of time: In the case of an adult patient, seven years from the date of your last appointment. In the case of a child patient, at least seven years from the date of your eighteenth birthday. At the end of this period all written material will be shredded and all electronic data permanently deleted. You have the right to see your homeopathic healthcare record at any time. A photocopy will be provided free of charge within 30 days of your written request. All healthcare information should be disclosed unless it includes third party information or would cause you serious harm.
